Technical Product Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Product Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle — from concept and design to launch and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding, business acumen, and strategic thinking skills to deliver impactful, customer-focused digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, launch, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Define detailed requirements using Agile methodologies and create wireframes and supporting documentation.
• Break down epics into user stories, establish acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items to meet MVP targets.
• Act as the Product Owner during daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
• Work closely with UX / UI designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver user-centric, high-quality features.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and guide implementation with engineering teams.
• Utilize tools like Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing to prepare product collateral, sales materials, and launch communications.
• Support Sales teams in key client meetings or product demonstrations when required.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitor products, and identify emerging trends to refine product strategy.
• Monitor and report on key product metrics (KPIs) to measure performance and guide future development.
