About the Role

At Fairfuture, we don’t just guide students—we partner with them on their journey abroad. As an Application Manager , you will be the dedicated point of contact for students who have already enrolled with Fair Future. Your role is to ensure that their applications move smoothly from admission to visa, and ultimately to their new life overseas.

This is not a sales role—it is a student success role . You will coordinate, collect, and manage documents, guide students through financial and tuition payment processes, liaise with universities, and support students until they are ready to fly.

Whether you are an experienced professional in the overseas education industry or a motivated fresher looking to start your career, Fairfuture will provide you with comprehensive training to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned students after registration.
• Collect and verify necessary documents for university applications (academic transcripts, passports, language proficiency certificates, LORs, portfolios, financial documents, etc.).
• Submit applications to partner universities and track progress.
• Guide students in making tuition fee payments (via forex, bank loan, or other methods).
• Coordinate with the visa team to lodge study permit / visa applications.
• Assist students with post-admission needs such as accommodation arrangements.
• Motivate, inspire, and reassure students throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
