Specialist - Customer Service (Technical Spare Parts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder information in ERP systems.
• Prepare analyses, KPIs, and reports to support operational and management decisions.
• Process and manage customer orders, inventory checks, and invoicing.
• Clean inactive or incorrect items to optimize inventory and reduce costs.
• Create and maintain an overview of open backorders with prioritization and Handle incoming tickets (pricing, lead time, standard requests).
• Ensure pricing stability and correct mapping for spare parts and serial items.
• Perform pricing benchmarks against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.
• Maintain spare parts catalogues and related documentation (including image editing) after change management (ECR).
• Coordinate initial stocking and conduct basket analyses and demand forecasts.
  
  

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

Qualification and Education Requirements:
BE/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or Additional training in ERP systems.

Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• ERP and BI systems (Infor LN, ADD*ONE, Power BI or similar).
• Data validation, reporting, Master data, pricing logic and knowledge of e-learning tools (PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline)
• Accuracy and reliability.Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.Clear and structured communication.
• Additional training in ERP systems, data analytics, or digital learning tools is an advantage.
