Job Title : Business Manager / Regional Manager / AGM – Cybersecurity Sales Location : Delhi NCR
Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic professional for Cybersecurity Sales to lead our
enterprise business growth across the cybersecurity domain. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in B2B technology sales, proven expertise in cybersecurity solution
selling, and experience managing high-value client relationships in the enterprise and mid-
market segments.
This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and solution-
based selling, with the ability to work as an independent contributor or lead a small team to
achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth for the company’s cybersecurity solutions portfolio across
enterprise and mid-market clients.
Develop new business opportunities through networking, relationship building, andmarket intelligence.
Manage and expand relationships with key enterprise customers to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
Lead cross-selling and up-selling initiatives within existing accounts.Deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations based on clientrequirements.
Work closely with technical / pre-sales teams to design and position suitablecybersecurity solutions.
Maintain strong alliances with OEMs and partners such as CrowdStrike, Barracuda,Checkpoint, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Sophos, SonicWALL, OpenText, and Trend
Micro.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure business profitability.Track and report sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback tomanagement.
Stay updated on evolving cybersecurity trends, technologies, and customerchallenges.Experience & Qualifications :
5–15 years of experience in Cybersecurity / IT Infrastructure / Cloud Solution Sales(B2B).
Proven track record of winning enterprise accounts and achieving or exceeding salestargets.
Strong knowledge of EDR / MDR / XDR, Email Security, Cloud Security, Firewall / SD-WAN, WAF, PIM / PAM, MFA, SIEM / SOAR, and other cybersecurity technologies.
Experience in consultative solution selling and handling complex, multi-stakeholderdeals.
Ability to engage and present effectively at CXO / senior decision-maker levels.Strong business acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience with OEMs, system integrators, and managed service providers (MSPs)preferred.
Experience in team management or leadership of sales initiatives is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
