Stay aligned with applicable byelaws, guidelines, and market changes

Define and adhere to SOPs and timelines, ensuring timely delivery within envisaged cost & quality

Capable of designing & handling high-rise residential buildings should independently manage design from concept to execution stage

Should be able to work in collaboration with Local and International consultants

Technical & Design Knowledge in :

Liaisoning Knowledge (DDA, MCD, NGT, Delhi Fire Services, Delhi Urban Art Commission, MOEFCC, RERA, etc.)

Market Awareness (Domestic / International)

Construction Methodology

Innovation

Efficient Communication and Interpersonal Skills ability to adapt to change

Customer Satisfaction Orientation

Should be capable of handling a project from feasibility to construction stage

Strong understanding and working knowledge of local byelaws and development regulations (DDA, MCD, NCR-specific norms, Transit-Oriented Development guidelines, Delhi Master Plan 2041, etc.)
