About the Role :

As a Technical Architect / Delivery Lead, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects and programs, bringing new capabilities to market and driving large-scale transformation across existing products. You will manage technical delivery, supervise internal and external development teams, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technology deliverables with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business and data analysts to evaluate requirements and design optimal data solutions.
• Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and integration workflows using Python, Airflow, AWS Glue, and related frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and monitor cross-functional development teams ensuring best practices and on-time delivery.
• Oversee data pipeline scheduling, execution, and quality metrics to ensure reliability.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies promptly through quality monitoring.
• Report project progress, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and leadership.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Foster a collaborative engineering culture with peer reviews of design and code.
• Generate actionable insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
