Through our AI Marketing Manager platform, we enable Pilates studios, yoga studios, and personal training studios to acquire, retain, and engage members while they focus on delivering exceptional services and training experiences.

The Role :

Lead the finance function as Head of Finance, reporting directly to the CEO, with accountability for the financial health and compliance of both US and Indian entities.

Responsible for strategic financial planning, controls, investor relations, cross-border compliance, subscription SaaS expertise, and leadership in fundraising and due diligence.

You will manage external partners, including CA firms in India and Inkle in the US, and have the authority to hire one specialist as the company scales

Key Leadership :

• Build and lead all aspects of financial management for Kenko across both US and India, including budgeting, FP&A, financial modelling, and SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn
• Oversee consolidated booksIndia (CA firm) and US (Inkle)ensuring accurate, timely closing, board / investor reporting, and fundraising readiness.
• Drive capital allocation and partner with the CEO on growth strategy, helping prepare for Series A and beyond.
