Job Summary
We’re hunting for a go-getter Business Development Executive who’s passionate, energetic, and ready to make things happen! With atleast 6 months to 2 year of experience to join our awesome team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to overall business growth through strategic outreach and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and to present company services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet business goals.
- Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain records of client communications, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (good humour is also appreciated)Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.What We Offer
