About the Role

POINTO is looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager who can lead our online presence, drive brand visibility, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns. If you're someone who enjoys creating impactful content, running performance-driven ads, and bringing fresh ideas to the table — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across digital channels.
• Develop creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, reels, posts, and brand communication.
• Execute and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads for lead generation and brand building.
• Handle performance marketing , monitor KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
• Shoot and edit photography & videography content for marketing use.
• Create and maintain monthly social media calendars .
• Track trends, analyze insights, and prepare campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategy with brand objectives.
