Hiring : Principal Engineer (React.js / Next.js)

Experience : 9 -13 Years

Location : Bengaluru (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled PricipalEngineer who is passionate about building seamless, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, and UI / UX best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of scalable and maintainable frontend applications.
Collaborate with product, backend, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Drive best coding practices, code reviews, and frontend standards within the team.
Optimize application performance and ensure smooth, responsive user experiences.
Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills :

5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development.

Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).

Good understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and micro-frontend architecture.

Experience with build tools and modern frontend workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel).

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good to Have :

Experience with TypeScript.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git).

Knowledge of performance monitoring tools.
