Principal Engineer - React.js / Next.js

Job description5-8 years of hands-on experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.). Good understanding of API integration, RESTful services, and micro-frontend architecture. Experience with build tools and modern frontend workflows (Webpack, Vite, Babel). Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with TypeScript. Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git). Knowledge of performance monitoring tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with a solid understanding of modern frontend architecture, performance optimization, and UI / UX best practices.

- Collaborate with product, backend, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Drive best coding practices, code reviews, and frontend standards within the team.
- Optimize application performance and ensure smooth, responsive user experiences.
- Mentor team members and contribute to architectural decisions.
