Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot for the role of Production Engineer. The Production Engineer will oversee and manage production planning, ensure high-quality manufacturing processes, and implement effective quality control measures. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing production data, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and maintain operational efficiency.

• Strong background in Production Engineering and experience with Production Planning.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Control processes to ensure product standards.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with manufacturing technologies and industry standards is a plus.
