We’re hiring : Backend Laravel Developer

We are building a fast-scaling reward platform and looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to join our in-house team.

What you’ll do

  • Build & optimize fast, scalable APIs for high-traffic apps.
  • Tune MySQL queries with proper indexing & performance practices.
  • Implement Redis caching & queues for speed and reliability.
  • Refactor & improve modules like leaderboard, splash, and task flows.
  • Collaborate with Android developers for smooth end-to-end delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience with Laravel 9 / 10.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL optimization & indexing.
  • Familiarity with Redis queues (Horizon / Supervisor).
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, Git, Nginx / PHP-FPM.
  • Bonus : Experience in ad tech or scaling apps to 5M+ users.
