Objective :
Support the development and execution of Condé Nast’s Campus Connect and B2B Educational Program by conducting research, data scouting, and database building to enable outreach and engagement with relevant institutions, faculty, and student bodies.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Research & Data Scouting
○ Identify and compile a list of fashion, design, hospitality, and media institutes
across India (universities, colleges, private academies, training centers).
○ Scout faculty members, placement heads, student coordinators, and relevant
decision-makers at these institutes.
○ Research student clubs, associations, and relevant campus events that align
with the program’s objectives.
○ Track industry events, seminars, and education fairs where Condé Nast can
potentially collaborate or participate.
2. Database Creation & Management
○ Build and maintain a structured database (Excel / Google Sheets) of
institutions, contact persons, and their verified details (emails, phone
numbers, LinkedIn).
○ Ensure accuracy and categorisation of data for easy segmentation (by region,
type of institute, relevance to program).
○ Regularly update and enrich the database with new entries and corrections.
3. Competitor & Market Benchmarking
○ Research how other media, fashion, or lifestyle brands engage with
educational institutes.
○ Identify best practices and gaps that Condé Nast can leverage.
○ Create short reports summarising findings.
4. Content & Collateral Support
○ Assist in preparing lists of potential campuses / institutes for B2B outreach
decks.
○ Support the team with information gathering for pitch presentations, email
campaigns, and marketing material.
○ Collate testimonials, case studies, or past examples of industry-academia
partnerships for reference.
5. Coordination Support
○ Liaise with internal teams (marketing, events, B2B) to align data collection
with campaign requirements.
○ Support basic scheduling or follow-up tasks if outreach is initiated (no direct
sales pitching required).
