Job Description :

As a Sales Intern, you’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify leads, assist in client communications, and contribute to key business development efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales strategy, customer relationship management, and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct

market research

to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Generate, qualify, and track leads

through LinkedIn outreach, calls, and digital channels.

Assist the team in

creating sales proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

Maintain accurate CRM data

(HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho) and track sales pipelines.

Support in

client communication, including email outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Collaborate with the marketing team on

lead generation campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Analyze sales metrics

and contribute to reports on performance and conversion rates.

Participate in sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategy discussions.

Help organize client demos, sales webinars, and other outreach events.

Stay up-to-date with

industry trends, competitor insights, and market dynamics.

Required Skills & Background :

Pursuing or recently completed a

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.

Strong

communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of

sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

Proficiency in

MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Familiarity with

CRM tools

like H ubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM

(preferred).

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn

and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Available for a

minimum internship duration

of 3–6 months.

Immediate joiners

preferred.

Hours per Week : 40-50 hours
