Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and conduct product, process, and sales training.
- Create a continuous learning plan to train sales teams on power talking lines, managing scripts and brand messaging.
- Conduct soft skills training with a focus on English Grammar and spoken English.
- Prepare monthly training calendars.
- Work closely with the teams to identify process gaps and run focused training sessions to upskill the teams.
- Create a plan for regular certification and customized refresher training modules as per requirement across teams and offices.
- Hands on knowledge of new training methodologies / techniques.
- Work closely with the cross function teams.
Required Skill Set :
3 – 4 years of experience in the call center industry with hands on Sales & Soft Skills training experience.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.Smart, presentable, and extremely confident.Strong analytical skills and ability to plan, develop and implement new training strategies.
