The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant is responsible to technically support of MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (formerly AX) for our UK manufacturing client for their India office in Bengaluru. This role ensures a smooth transition from implementation by providing expert technical support during hypercare and beyond. It focuses on maintaining and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O components to uphold system performance across live environments.
Responsibilities
- Batch job creation and monitoring
- Workflow configuration and troubleshooting
- Data corrections and patch deployments
- Printer and scanner integration
- Security roles and user access management
- Version control and release management
- Integration support with custom / third-party apps
- Hypercare support (post go-live issue resolution)
- Backlog management for live sites
- Collaboration with functional consultants and business stakeholders
- Training and testing support
- Documentation and standards compliance
