Job Title – Practice Unit Head- Security Awareness

AWARE is a Strategic Business Unit within the EC-Council group. The unit delivers cutting-edge solutions in phishing, vishing, smishing, and e-learning, empowering organizations to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. As a scaling business unit, we are focused on achieving aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion.

Position Overview :

EC-Council is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our AWARE Business Unit , a fast-growing division focused on Cybersecurity Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation Solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact leadership role for a hardcore sales professional who thrives on driving enterprise growth, building global partnerships, and scaling cybersecurity SaaS solutions in a competitive B2B environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in selling cybersecurity products or platforms, understands enterprise security needs, and can position AWARE as a critical solution for organizations’ human risk mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own the P&L and sales strategy for EC-Council’s AWARE business unit across India and global markets.
  • Drive new business acquisition through enterprise sales in cybersecurity.
  • Develop and execute a robust go-to-market (GTM) plan for AWARE’s security awareness and simulation suite (phishing, smishing, vishing, gamified e-learning, and behavioural analytics).
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on solution-based selling, pipeline development, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align messaging, campaigns, and solution delivery with client requirements.
  • Forecast, track, and report key metrics (pipeline, revenue, conversion ratios) to senior leadership.
  • Represent EC-Council’s AWARE platform at cybersecurity conferences, CXO roundtables, and industry forums to build brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 12–18 years of proven experience in hardcore sales of Cybersecurity Products / SaaS / Information Security Solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, B2B sales, and achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar annual targets.
  • Strong understanding of Security Awareness Training, Phishing Simulation, or Information Security Compliance markets.
  • Experience in channel sales, partner ecosystems, and global account management preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and ability to scale a fast-growing business unit.
