About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Influencer Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing initiatives and bring our brand stories to life through powerful collaborations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing influencer partnerships, campaign planning, and execution across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end from ideation and outreach to execution and reporting.
Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies across multiple niches.
Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers and partners.
Collaborate closely with the content, social media, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Track campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
Stay updated with influencer trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Maintain influencer databases and ensure all partnership details are documented and organized.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing or campaign management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and derive insights.
Creative thinker with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
