Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Type : Contract-Based (Freelancing)

Work Mode : Remote / Flexible Hours

Duration : 3–6 Months

About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with proven expertise in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Marketing Data Tools to contribute to the creation and delivery of advanced, high-quality training content.

This role involves content validation, development, and on-camera video recording for assigned modules, empowering professionals to make smarter business and marketing decisions through data.

Courses Include :

Manage Customer Journeys in HubSpot
Measure and Monitor Brand Presence Online

Responsibilities :

Review, validate, and enhance course content to ensure technical accuracy and real-world relevance.

Collaborate with instructional designers and content teams to refine and structure learning materials.

Shoot video-based training sessions or explainer content following provided scripts and outlines.

Share practical data use cases, dashboards, and analytics examples aligned with business performance metrics.

Deliver all finalized content and recordings within agreed timelines.

Candidate Profile :

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Analytics.

Strong knowledge of HubSpot Analytics, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Google Analytics.

Familiarity with customer journey analytics, digital campaign tracking, and brand monitoring tools.

Prior experience as an SME, trainer, or video instructor preferred.

Excellent communication, visualization, and on-camera presentation skills.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of simplifying complex analytical concepts.
