Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1. FileNet Knowledge : Must be familiar with the FileNet Core concepts and tools.

2. Coud Migration : Knowledge on FileNet Migration to cloud which includes document and cases migration.

3. Develop and Customize Case Solutions : Design, develop, and customize case solutions within IBM Case Manager and IBM BAW to automate and manage business processes.

4. Integrate FileNet and BAW : Integrate FileNet Content Manager with IBM BAW and Case Manager to create end-to-end solutions that handle both content and process aspects of a business case.

5. Utilize Java APIs and Web Services : Leverage FileNet Java APIs and RESTful web services for custom development and integration with other systems.

6. Develop Custom User Interfaces : Work with IBM Content Navigator to build user interfaces for case management applications.

7. Configure Properties and Rules : Define and associate properties with case types, configure rules, and set up user roles and teams for case solutions.

8. Implement Page Builder : Customize default and new pages in case solutions using the Page Builder to add widgets and define user interfaces.

9. Deployment and Automation : Script and automate deployment processes for case solutions and related components.
