Part Time - MongoDB Developer (Java + React + UI)

We are seeking a skilled

MongoDB Developer

with strong experience in

Java, React, and front-end UI development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable database solutions, integrating with Java-based backend systems, and delivering modern, responsive user interfaces using React.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain MongoDB databases and schemas to support scalable web applications.

Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using

Java (Spring Boot preferred) .

Build rich, interactive front-end components using

React.js , ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

Optimize database queries and performance tuning for high availability and scalability.

Implement best practices for data modeling, indexing, and document design in MongoDB.

Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

Ensure security, reliability, and data integrity across the full stack.

Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in

MongoDB

database design and development.

Strong proficiency in

Java ,

Spring Boot , and REST API development.

Hands-on experience with

React.js ,

HTML5 ,

CSS3 , and

JavaScript / TypeScript .

Experience integrating

front-end UI

with

backend APIs

and databases.

Solid understanding of

NoSQL data modeling , aggregation frameworks, and query optimization.

Familiarity with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Preferred Skills

Experience with

Microservices architecture .

Knowledge of

GraphQL

or other modern API technologies.

Exposure to

containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of

Agile / Scrum

development methodologies.
