Responsibilities :
- Strong hand on experience into End to End recruitment Process (full lifecycle recruitment).

- Excellent hands on experience into Naukri / Monster and LinkedIn portals.
- Ability to understand the technical requirements and validate and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Understanding the client's needs & processing the deliverable within a stipulated time frame.
- Able to evaluate CVs and Screen the candidates with telephonic, direct interview for their communication skills, personality profile and attitude for the assignment.
- Perform data entry of key information of suitable candidates, and maintain database through a plan of regular telephone calls to establish availability. Track reports / status of interviews.
- Arranging interviews for candidates, doing strong follow ups of candidates as well as clients.
- Bulk hiring.
- Client handling / Client Management : Good to have.
