Overview

EarlyFit is a holistic, medically supervised fitness app and metabolic health platform helping Indians lose weight safely and sustainably. We combine cutting-edge GLP-1 medications with personalized nutrition, fitness (exercise), and behavioural care. Our mission is to make evidence-based, doctor-led weight care accessible to every Indian who’s struggled with traditional diets and fads.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Growth Initiatives : Design and execute strategic campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and engagement both online and offline.
  • Data-Driven Scaling : Use metrics, and market feedback to optimize funnels, pricing, messaging, and targeting.
  • Cross-functional Execution : Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops teams to ensure growth objectives are deeply embedded into the product roadmap and customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence : Run user research, and market mapping to guide strategic decision-making.

Who You Are

  • Track record of driving measurable business growth through data and experimentation.
  • Hustle + Structure : You can build a go-to-market plan from scratch and execute it yourself.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with comfort in Excel / Sheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you can pitch, influence, and negotiate.
  • Passion for startups, health, wellness, and solving real-world problems at scale.
