Description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation / Delivery Head to lead our IT project delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects and a proven track record of successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to align on project goals.

Skills and Qualifications

11-20 years of experience in project management and delivery in an IT environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
