Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Professional to manage and oversee housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, and overall office upkeep operations for a large corporate facility in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, vendor coordination, people management, and process improvement within a corporate or hospitality setup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily housekeeping, pest control, horticulture, and office maintenance activities.
- Oversee upkeep of interiors, exteriors, and recreation zones (gym, resting rooms, play area, etc.).
- Ensure sufficient stock and inventory of housekeeping and cleaning materials.
- Handle vendor lifecycle — selection, performance monitoring, renewals, billing, and payments.
- Implement housekeeping systems, SOPs, and audit schedules.
- Monitor quality of services and manage escalations efficiently.
- Support in budget creation, utilization tracking, and analysis.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, conduct training, and ensure EHS compliance.
- Support CSR and sustainability initiatives and manage AMC renewals within deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management with specialization in Housekeeping (mandatory).6–11 years of experience managing soft services in a corporate or hospitality environment.Strong communication skills — fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu.Demonstrated expertise in people management, vendor handling, and process documentation.Proven ability to handle budgeting, reporting, and operational analytics.Exposure to large or mid-sized MNCs / 5-star hotels preferred.Flexible to work in shifts and non-traditional weekly offs.
