Beauty Product Innovation Lead

We’re looking for a New Product Development Manager to join our growing team. If you live and breathe beauty, obsess over textures, formulas, packaging and trends, and can take a product from idea to launch, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end product development across the beauty sector.
• Translate consumer insights and trend research into innovative product concepts.
• Lead R&D, packaging & design to bring products to life.
• Manage timelines, testing, and regulatory compliance to ensure on-time, high-quality launches.
• Keep an eye on global beauty movements and adapt them for our market.
• Leverage global supplier & manufacturer networks to source innovative formulations, packaging, and technologies while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and scalability.
