🔹 Role Overview
A non-customer-facing , back-office position that supports the end-to-end sales cycle through data management, reporting, coordination, and process optimization.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Sales Data & Process Management
- Capture, organize, and maintain customer and sales opportunity data.
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and audit support.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports on sales KPIs , productivity , and goal attainment .
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making for internal teams.
- Coordination & Communication
- Interface with internal stakeholders, partners, and occasionally customers to resolve sales-cycle issues.
- Support operational teams with updates and escalations.
- Process Optimization
- Provide expertise to simplify and standardize customer and sales data use.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Experience & Qualification
Education : Associate degree (2-year) or equivalent work experience.Experience : 4–6 years in sales support, customer service, or operations .Skills Required :Strong data organization and analytical abilitiesExperience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM)Proficiency in Excel / reporting toolsKnowledge of sales cycle processes and documentationAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyStrong communication and coordination skills
