MDM Developer - IICS / IDMC

• Lead workshops and support project blueprinting.
• Gather requirements and define MDM strategies across domains (customer, vendor, product, etc.).
• Coach internal teams on MDM best practices.
• Evaluate current Informatica MDM implementation and explore alternatives.
• Drive data quality initiatives (e.g., deduplication using Informatica DQ).
• Support custom MDM solutions using SQL Server where Skills :
• 5+ years of MDM experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM / IICS and SQL.
• Strong grasp of data matching, survivorship, stewardship, and enrichment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ACCOUNTABILITIES :
• Play a pivotal role in maintenance, support, upgrade of secure agents and the deployed services including data

quality, Governance and management of master data.

Stewards / Business users to ensure that data standards, business rules, workflows and supporting transactions are aligned with the laid out MDM standards.
