Role Overview

Define, build, and scale a powerful brand ecosystem that drives exponential business growth and deep consumer love.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft the Brand DNA : Define brand architecture, identity, and world — translating them into high-impact GTM strategies that fuel relevance, differentiation, and growth.
  • Drive Growth : Own the brand P&L with an ambition to achieve 5X topline growth within 2 years , ensuring profitability and sustainable scale.
  • Integrated Brand Experience : Partner with digital and offline channels to deliver seamless, omnichannel brand experiences — deepening regional resonance while preserving a unified, premium brand imagery.
  • Consumer & Cultural Intelligence : Decode consumer needs, cultural trends, and whitespace opportunities to shape winning propositions and future-ready narratives.
  • Product Innovation Partnership : Collaborate closely with merchandising and design teams to co-create products that merge aesthetics, performance, and consumer demand.
  • Brand Amplification : Leverage digital media, influencer ecosystems, and strategic partnerships to build awareness, aspiration, and conversion at scale.

Ideal Candidate

  • Education & Experience : MBA / B-school graduate with 8 years of experience in D2C or high-growth consumer brands.
  • Business Ownership : Strong P&L and metric ownership with a track record of driving measurable growth.
  • Balanced Mindset : Equally fluent in data analytics and creative storytelling — connecting insights to build emotional and impactful brand narratives.
  • Strategic Executor : Proven ability to scale brands end-to-end — from vision and strategy to execution, stakeholder alignment, and performance delivery.
  • Leadership DNA : A problem-solver who blends left-brain logic with right-brain empathy; driven to build brands that inspire consumers and move business outcomes.
