The EPR Compliance Manager will manage all activities related to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for Binbag and its clients. This includes designing EPR compliance plans, ensuring adherence to CPCB / SPCB regulations, and managing documentation and reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of the E-waste (Management) Rules and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement EPR compliance strategies for clients as per CPCB / SPCB guidelines
- Ensure timely collection and recycling of materials to meet compliance targets
- Prepare and maintain accurate compliance reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Liaise with government authorities, clients, and vendors regarding EPR obligations
- Monitor changes in EPR regulations and ensure company readiness for compliance updates
- Support the operations team to integrate compliance measures into recycling workflows
