We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Expert specialised in IT and NON IT Hiring to identify, engage, and onboard senior-level professionals across diverse functions. The role requires strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and proven expertise in closing high-impact leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build targeted search strategies.
Manage headhunting, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify top talent.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent networks.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through transparent and professional communication.
Negotiate offers and drive successful closures within defined timelines.
Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards for leadership hiring.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, and industry networking .
Experience in managing confidential and high-sensitivity mandates.
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
