Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Net Suite Integration Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions for Net Suite ERP using Boomi, Celigo, and direct API-based integrations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration, with a proven track record of managing teams, overseeing large-scale Net Suite projects, driving strategic initiatives, and providing mentorship to foster team growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Net Suite integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of integration workflows using Boomi and Celigo to connect Net Suite with external systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Manage the development of advanced Suite Script (1.0 / 2.0) solutions, including custom workflows, Suitelets, RESTlets, and User Event Scripts, to meet complex business needs.
• Supervise and mentor a team of integration specialists and developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, IT leadership, and external vendors, to define integration requirements and technical architectures.
• Ensure compliance with best practices for integration design, data security, and system performance, including API management (REST, SOAP) and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Drive the adoption of new features and capabilities in Net Suite, Boomi, and Celigo, staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time delivery of integration initiatives.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
