Here’s your opportunity to lead operations at Blaze Systems, a reputed company specializing in medical gas pipeline systems, compressors, vacuum pumps, and hospital equipment installations and service across Kerala.

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Manager who can coordinate projects, manage service teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our technical operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee hospital equipment installations and maintenance projects.
  • Manage and schedule service engineers across multiple client hospitals in Kerala.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor AMCs, client support requests, and spare part logistics.
  • Coordinate with management, vendors, and clients for smooth communication and workflow.
  • Track operational performance, prepare reports, and identify process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • MBA or Equivalent Postgraduate degree (preferably with an Engineering or Technical background)
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, service coordination, or project management (preferably in hospital equipment or technical service industry).
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to client locations for site supervision or reviews.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam, English are essential, as the role involves direct coordination with local clients, hospitals and field teams.
