About the Role :

We are looking for a Junior Automation Engineer with strong programming and test automation expertise to join our technology team. The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing automation frameworks, executing test cases, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with UI Path, C#, automation tools, BDD frameworks, and CI / CD pipelines.

This role is well-suited for candidates passionate about automation, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Build and manage BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks using SpecFlow, Selenium, NUnit, and Visual Studio.
  • Implement automation testing using TestComplete with data-driven and behavior-driven testing approaches.
  • Write and maintain complex test scripts using C# and JavaScript.
  • Perform object recognition and automation of UI controls, windows, and applications.
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated regression test suites.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Execute performance testing (using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.), analyze bottlenecks, and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth testing and delivery.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation coverage.

Required Technical Expertise :

  • Strong programming skills (C# mandatory; Python / Java as added advantage).
  • Hands-on experience in automation testing and framework development.
  • Proficiency with SpecFlow, Selenium, NUnit, Visual Studio.
  • Strong experience with TestComplete automation tool.
  • Good knowledge of object recognition and UI automation.
  • Experience in data-driven testing and BDD within TestComplete.
  • Ability to design and execute performance tests and analyze results.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and scripting (Python / PowerShell).
  • Knowledge of the healthcare domain preferred (not mandatory).

  • Performance testing with JMeter / LoadRunner.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java for scripting and test development.
  • Familiarity with domain-specific compliance requirements (healthcare or related).
