Senior Interior Designer – Concept & Lifestyle

Job description Job Objective

At SpaceNestX, we're on a mission to redefine interior design through seamless integration of creativity, technology, and execution. We're seeking talented Interior Designers who can bring design ideas to life — from conceptual layouts to photo-realistic 3D renders.

You will work directly with clients, visualize design concepts, and translate them into detailed 2D plans and 3D models using industry-standard tools. You’ll be a critical part of our design engine, helping to deliver stunning turnkey interiors that reflect the SpaceNestX promise — Design. Build. Transform.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and space utilization needs.

Create floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial zoning using AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Conceptualize interior themes and present mood boards and design stories for approval.

Develop high-quality 3D models and rendered visualizations using 3ds Max (or SketchUp) and V-Ray.

Prepare technical drawings, elevations, and BOQ inputs for execution teams.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Vendors, and Site Engineers to ensure design-to-reality consistency.

Conduct site visits during execution to ensure design alignment and quality delivery.

Keep up with interior design trends, material innovations, and visualization best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Software Proficiency

AutoCAD – 2D drawings & layout planning

SketchUp – 3D conceptual modeling

3ds Max – Photorealistic 3D rendering

V-Ray / Corona – Lighting & rendering expertise

Photoshop or equivalent – Minor touchups and presentation boards

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing

Good communication skills and a client-friendly approach
