Job Title : Customer Success & Sales Specialist - Investment / Financial Sales

Job Description :

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, building relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering sales training. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, generating leads in other geographies, managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, and supporting clients in using our platform effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Expertise in sales and sales management.
  • Experience in training and supporting clients.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • MBA / Master&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in the financial services industry with investment houses or FinTech companies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Connections with Individual IFAs or MFDs required; IFA / MFD networks / groups in Mumbai will be an added advantage.

Experience Required : 8–12 years in Finance Sales / Investment Sales
