Job Title : Sr. Technology Manager (Futures & Options)

Location : Kurla W, Mumbai

Reporting To : CTO / CEO

Job Summary :

We are looking for a strategic and technically strong Manager Technology to lead our technology function for the Futures & Options (F&O) division.

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of robust, low-latency trading platforms and ensuring alignment between technology and business strategy in the derivatives market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end technology strategy for F&O trading, ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and operational requirements.
• Manage software architecture, infrastructure, development, and deployment of trading platforms and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with trading, quant, and risk teams to build scalable, high-performance systems.
• Ensure technology systems are secure, compliant, and optimized for speed and reliability.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, DevOps engineers, and technical analysts.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and blockchain where applicable.
• Drive automation, system upgrades, and ensure minimal downtime of mission-critical platforms.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure robust data and system integration.
