Responsibilities :

• 2-6 years of experience editing video content, preferably for all Social Media channels
• Edit engaging long-form video content for social media channels and short-form vertical videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts) for Instagram.
• Cut, color correct, add transitions, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
• Optimize videos for pacing, clarity, and engagement, especially the first 10–30 seconds (strong hooks).
• Adapt content between platforms (e.g., repurpose long YouTube videos into vertical clips for Instagram).
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and on-camera talent to align video flow with messaging and goals.
• Stay updated with platform trends, editing styles, and algorithmic behaviors to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Manage and organize raw footage, assets, and project files systematically.
