Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities from business data.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts and support project managers in planning and delivery.
• Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact analysis for new initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Key Requirements : 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in domain : IT.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies (e. , Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, BPMN).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in data analysis and tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
