• Join a passionate new product development team that is focused on innovation and development of Refrigeration and Air conditioning products.
• Create detailed drawings, define fabrication processes, materials, and finish standards with comprehensive GD&T, and perform complex tolerance analyses.
• Manage design changes and updates throughout the product development cycle.
• Create Detailed technical documentation including BOM's (Bill Of Materials) and component/ assembly drawings and maintain product data in PLM.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Proactively propose efficient design solutions and alternatives, and conduct feasibility studies and design analyses to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
• Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, and quality personnel to design new air conditioning, chiller, heat exchanger, and filter fan products.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or higher experience in mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in HVACR industry.
• Proficient in SolidWorks for designing HVAC/refrigeration components and assemblies, with expertise in GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Strong knowledge in designing machined parts, sheet metal components, enclosures, chassis, and plastic parts.
• Working knowledge of PLM systems such as Enovia and Teamcenter.
• Strong understanding of vapor-compression system design principles (fixed and variable speed) and related components, including heat exchangers (Tube-Fin, Microchannel, Plate), fans, and compressors.
• Experience with NPD Stage-Gate process and product development tools such as DFMEA and DFA.
• Familiarity with UL, ASHRAE, AHRI, and other refrigeration/air-conditioning standards (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to deliver clear presentations.
