Technical Lead - Software Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in Cloud Architecture, Python, and React , along with familiarity in BPMN (preferred, or willingness to learn quickly) . This role combines hands-on technical leadership with architectural decision-making , ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design & architecture for cloud-based applications and platforms.
• Hands-on development using Python (backend services) and React (frontend UI).
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure cloud solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Guide the team on best practices in coding, design patterns, DevOps.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Work with BPMN workflows (preferred) or quickly pick up process modeling tools and methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews, mentoring, and technical guidance for the development team.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of cloud solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to continuously improve architecture and development practices.
