Job description

Job Description

  • Develop real time Simulation Models using Mat lab / Simulink in support of real time testing of integrated controllers using Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) Test Systems.
  • Responsible for the Entire Hardware Support Activities for HIL Testing.
  • Responsible for understanding the existing HIL’s and fix the whenever the problem occurs.
  • Responsible to propose solution for new HIL designs
  • Development of Hardware-In-Loop Simulator with PXI for HVAC or other products.
  • Architect and working on LabVIEW based test automation solutions . Adapt and integrate Instruments with HIL bench

Qualifications

M. Tech Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation & Controls (preferably from premier Institutions) or equivalent with experience with minimum 2-4 years of experience in the relevant area.

  • Experience in developing medium to large size applications using LabVIEW software.
  • Must have played a key role in the complete lifecycle of at least 1 or 2 HIL testing projects.
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW design patterns
  • Must have a good exposure on MATLAB Simulation & HIL setups
  • Must be aware of Communication protocols like CAN, LIN.
  • CLD certification mandatory
  • Hands on Experience in working with CRIO / PXI and USB DAQ devices
  • Hands on Experience in developing drivers for different communication protocols involving CAN / ModBUS / TCP / IP / UDP / wire link etc
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Independently handle project tasks and responsibilities.
  • Keen to explore, learn and develop new skills / competency.
  • HVAC Product Knowledge Preferred.
  • Exposure to configuration management tools like SVN, DOORS is preferred.
  • Exposure to Python / MATLAB / C++ / Lab Windows CVI / Test and is added advantage
  • Familiarity with building modeling will attract weightage
  • Familiarity with Software Development and testing life cycle
