Quartz Components is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The role involves handling customer queries, providing product / order support, and ensuring a smooth experience for our buyers. If you are proactive, tech-savvy, and have great communication skills, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat.
  • Assist customers with product details, order status, returns, and policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, operations, logistics) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain records of interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Care.
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online tools, CRM, and MS Office / Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
  • Based in Jaipur (or willing to relocate).
