- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in IAM or related fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
- Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Okta, Active Directory, Saviynt, CyberArk, and Strong DM.
- Strong understanding of security principles, standards, and best practices in the context of IAM.
- Proven ability to manage IAM projects from inception to completion, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and post-deployment support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Preferred :
Certifications : CISSP, CISMExperience working in Financial Services or another regulated industryExperience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) and hybrid environments.Familiarity with integrating IAM solutions within DevOps pipelines and CI / CD processes.Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., NYDFS HIPAA) as they relate to IAM.Skilled in change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions during IAM implementations.
