Civil Project Construction Head - (Luxury Housing)

Role Overview :

Civil Project Head to lead the end-to-end execution of a premium or Luxury residential real estate project in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in managing high-end housing projects. This role requires overseeing all aspects of construction—from planning and compliance to execution and delivery—while ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the full lifecycle of the project, from concept, planning, and statutory approvals to execution and handover.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and goal alignment.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements including EC, RERA, and municipal approvals.
• Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Uphold standards in safety, sustainability, and environmental regulations across all project phases.
