Ecommerce Operations Manager

Job descriptionManage stock levels across warehouses and ecommerce platforms. Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through forecasting and planning. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory. Oversee backend operations of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and own website. Monitor catalog accuracy, pricing, and promotions. Ensure listings are optimized for performance and customer experience. Analyze operational KPIs (delivery time, order accuracy, RTO, etc.) and identify areas for improvement. Drive process automation and efficiency in daily operations. Develop and implement SOPs across ecommerce functions. Liaise with cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, finance, and customer service. Lead and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–10 years of experience in ecommerce operations or supply chain management. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, logistics, and inventory systems. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and order management tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Knowledge of WMS, OMS, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Familiarity with customer service and returns management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for order fulfillment, logistics, inventory control, vendor coordination, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital platforms.

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, couriers, and internal teams to meet SLAs.
- Monitor return and refund processes, minimizing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
