Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive / Sr. Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both Contract and Permanent hiring, with a strong focus on SAP and niche technology hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles (Contract & FTE).
Work extensively on SAP hiring across multiple modules
Manage the entire hiring cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients and candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
Manage multiple niche and super-niche skill requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of positions.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills :
Excellent technical understanding of IT skills and hiring trends.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in Contract (C2H) and Permanent hiring.
Prior client-site experience will be an added advantage.
Ability to work on niche and super-niche skill sets, especially SAP roles.
Proficiency in job portals, social media sourcing, and recruitment tools.
