Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Specialist to enhance our website's efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience managing WordPress sites with custom themes, proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, solid understanding of PHP in a WordPress environment, working knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, Clarity, and other analytics or performance tools.

This role involves maintaining and updating our custom-coded WordPress theme, collaborating with the marketing team to publish and optimize new landing pages, blog content, and conversion assets, running regular site audits to identify UX issues, page speed problems, and outdated content, conducting market research, proposing ideas to improve conversion rates, designing and conducting A / B tests, monitoring and improving site performance, managing and troubleshooting WordPress plugins, theme functions, and related code dependencies, setting up and managing integrations, tracking and reporting on website metrics and user behavior using GA4, Hotjar / Clarity, Search Console, or similar tools, maintaining technical documentation of site architecture, custom post types, and plugin configurations, staying current on WordPress core updates, security practices, and modern development techniques.

Requirements

While not required, experience with theme performance optimization, familiarity with HubSpot forms and marketing automation tools, and comfort working in staging environments and managing site deployments would be beneficial.
