Required Skills
- Scan insertion
- SCAN DRC / Coverage debug
- ATPG Pattern generation
- Gate level simulations ( Zero delay / Timing Delay simulations)
- Worked on JTAG / P1500 protocols
- Perl / Tcl scripting
- Timing / Formal verification / PD flow knowledge is plus
